Side effects and interactions may occur if you take Folic Acid in conjunction with certain other drugs and medications. You should talk to your doctor about these potential interactions as well as the need to adjust your dosage if you are taking any of the following:
- Methotrexate
- Fosphenytoin
- Phenytoin
- Pyrimethamine
- Phenobarbital
- Primidone
