Remicade Dosage
Your healthcare provider prescribes a unique Remicade dosage depending on a number of factors that include your age and body weight, the medical condition being treated, other underlying medical conditions, and medications currently taken.
Below is the usual dosage of Remicade (Infliximab). However, it is possible for you to get a totally different dosage. Do not adjust your dose without consulting your healthcare provider.

After the initial dose, the succeeding two doses should be administered after two and six weeks, consecutively.
The maintenance dose should be given every eight weeks thereafter.

However, in patients with severe heart failure, the maintenance dose should not exceed 5 mg/kg.
